Disconnect & Immediate Token Deletion
Sellers can click Logout in the application dashboard at any time to immediately remove all locally stored OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) and disconnect shop access. No further sync operations will be possible until a new authorization is performed.
Request Full Data Deletion
To delete all synchronized order data and any remaining stored artifacts tied to your account:
- Email support@your-domain.com with your Etsy shop name or ID and a written deletion request.
- We will verify request ownership to protect against unauthorized deletions.
- Upon verification, all synchronized order records and token artifacts associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
- We will send written confirmation once deletion is complete.
Timeline: Standard deletion requests are completed within 7 business days of verified request receipt.
What Gets Deleted
- All synchronized Etsy order and receipt records stored in the local database
- OAuth access and refresh tokens stored in server-side file storage
- Any cached session data associated with your account
